ImproveMyCampus is a management technique for assessing, analyzing, and responding to student complaints. A complaint management system is used to record, resolve and respond to student complaints. ImproveMyCampus is a web and mobile-based project used to manage Student complaints. Our system working is like all the complaints arrived from campus students are distributed to the different concern departments according to Complaint category. Students can be able to know the current processing status of their Complaints (process, pending, close) and students will be able to give suggestions as well when they are complaining. Students can lodge complaints in descriptive format and can upload pictures and documents of the related complaint. The objective of this system is to provide an easy and strategic method of online recording and tracking student's concerns and complaints. Complaints can be recorded by any student, but are reviewed by a Complaints Administrator, before being accepted into the complaints workflow. Each complaint’s history is easily accessible and provides a completely updated status of how a complaint is progressing through the institution and what actions have been taken if any. Where possible, complaints will be resolved by the department at the first level, the frontline. Department will be adequately equipped to respond to complaints, being given appropriate time
