SIGN O TALK

One of the most common disability in Pakistan is deaf and dumb and the ratio is 7.40%.Deaf-Dumb people face serious problem in communication with normal people in the society. It is notable, however, that most available application focus only on learning. Normal individuals can't able to understand their sign so the major problem that the impaired people face is the communication gap so to overcome this problem Sign o talk is an application that is design for the deaf and dumb people this application will provide an real time communication platform with portability. Sign o talk will be work as a mediator to provide them a easy way of communication. This application will use the mobile camera to scan the sign and then decode them into words which will be in "Urdu & English language" to make this application accessible for every person even if the don't able to read the text to speech module will help them to understand the sign. And the normal people text and speech would be transform into the sign language and an impaired person will able to see three dimensional avatar created by Augmented reality to easily see and understand the signs. This application will work as a bridge to provide the communication between them just with an application on their smart phones.
