RFID technology is used to notify parents when their child enters or leaves the school premises, which enhances the security of children. In addition to real-time tracking, the SafeZone system provides automated attendance, and providing accurate attendance records for school administrators. The GPS feature allows parents to track the school bus in real time, providing peace of mind and added security for parents and school officials. Parents can receive notifications when the bus is approaching or delayed, ensuring they are informed of any changes to their child's commute. This feature also allows school officials to better manage their transportation system, making it more efficient and responsive to student needs. SafeZone's real-time reporting feature enables anonymous reporting of incidents of bullying or abuse, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Reports can be submitted instantly and confidentially, and school officials can take immediate action to address any incidents. Parents can also conveniently submit leave requests for their children through the reporting system, using their credentials to streamline the process.
